How PearlX delivers value through solar

PearlX is revolutionizing how multifamily communities access clean energy. By installing solar, battery storage and related energy infrastructure at no upfront cost to the property owner, PearlX boosts net operating income (NOI), enhancing property value and appeal. Simultaneously, residents can enjoy access to cleaner, more affordable power.
PearlX executes a long term property lease agreement with the owner whereby PearlX pays the owner rent over the term of the agreement. As part of this agreement, PearlX leases space to own and operate the solar energy equipment, while at the same time helping the owner to bill the residents at discounted energy rates for the on-site power generated and delivered to each resident.
Residents retain access to their local utility for residual power and pay the normal rates for this energy. Residents gain a valuable new amenity: meaningful long-term savings and access to local, clean, and sustainable energy for most of their daily needs.

From evaluation to ongoing management, our end-to-end process makes it easy to bring clean energy to your property without upfront costs or added complexity.
Property assessment
We evaluate your site to identify optimal areas for energy upgrades. This often means installing equipment on roofs, carports, and utility designated areas.
Customized plan
Our engineers create a custom design plan, aligning with your goals, the residents’ needs, and the regulatory conditions for your property (e.g. AHJ requirements, utility regulations, Title 24, etc.)
We provide capital
You pay nothing out-of-pocket and we rent your space. Through a long-term lease, we fund the installation and handle all incentives, permitting, and construction management.
Seamless installation
We work with your team to ensure a profesional installation. We strive for: safe construction, strong communication, well-managed timelines and minimal disruption to your core business.
Ongoing management
PearlX owns and operates the system for decades, managing all maintenance, resident billing and system reporting. We have a dedicated team of professionals who are committed to long term client success.
