Increase your multifamily property value with zero investment
PearlX increases net operating income (NOI) by fully capitalizing, installing, and operating on-site clean energy systems. PearlX leases unused space to install solar, battery storage, and other electrification amenities like charging stations, resulting in a significant NOI boost. Meanwhile, residents benefit from clean energy amenities and reduced electricity rates, enhancing their overall satisfaction.
It’s easy as...
1
Unused Space
Leasing your unused space to PearlX for the installation of energy infrastructure can substantially increase your net operating income (NOI).
2
Fully Managed
We manage everything: construction, installation, and maintenance relieving the managerial burden from multifamily property owners.
3
Increase in NOI
Property owners receive a monthly lease payment, increasing their NOI, plus clean energy assets with no additional cost or oversight.
Our Core Offerings:
Solar & Battery Storage
Our principal offering is solar and energy storage, but we offer other electrification amenities such as charging stations. PearlX systems can either be installed to directly deliver power and resilience to residents and building common areas, offset grid consumption by sending solar-generated power directly to the grid, or a combination of both. We work with owners to help them achieve compliance, ESG goals, and improve their resident experience.
