Her diverse background also includes a successful political career, during which she served as a member of the French parliament and won three election campaigns. In Prime Minister François Fillon’s government, she held multiple state secretary positions, focusing on sustainability and the digital economy, and later became Minister of the Environment, Transportation, and Housing in 2010. Additionally, she served as Communications Director for Nicolas Sarkozy’s 2012 presidential re-election campaign and held positions as Councillor of Paris and former Mayor of Longjumeau.

Mr. Brewster scaled EnerNOC into a public company with more than 1,000 employees before selling it to the Enel Group, a multinational energy company headquartered in Rome, Italy. He has been a member of the board of directors of Vicinity Energy since January 2020 and Cortex Sustainability Intelligence since January 2022. Mr. Brewster served on the board of directors of LineVision from January 2019 to January 2023, Mantis Innovation Group from August 2018 to December 2021, and Desalitech Ltd., a closed circuit reverse osmosis company, from January 2017 to February 2019. He serves as a trustee at Milton Academy, as a global leadership council member at the World Resources Institute, and as a member of the board of advisors at the Upper Amazon Conservancy. Mr. Brewster has a B.A. from Wesleyan University, and Master of Environmental Management degree from Duke University, and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
